Senior Delivery Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Delivery Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our delivery team, you will play a central role in developing effective systems to help our clients achieve their goals.

You will lead a team and design technical solutions, measuring the effectiveness of projects and bringing your skills and abilities to our organization. You will get distinctive experiences, limitless learning and matched ambition to grow in an entrepreneurial environment.

  • Senior-level customer engagements on CRM, Business Applications and client strategy.
  • Contribute to running our Business Solutions practice and enhance our support capability.
  • Own delivery responsibilities for client engagements, including but not limited to Dynamics 365 CRM implementations and transformations, application modernisation, security & business outcomes.
  • Deliver technical leadership on our engagements and provide feedback around the evolution of the solution.
  • Support sales by delivering high-level solution development, delivery strategy, and workshop delivery.
  • Collaborate with business and strategy teams to unlock sales opportunities.
  • Provide technical training to customers technical resources.
  • Conduct technical research on system upgrades to determine feasibility, cost, time required and compatibility.
  • Deliver best-in-class, Microsoft-focused, modern solutions to a wide variety of industries.
  • Provide support to the technical support team.

  • Excellent facilitation, presentation and communication skills – both verbal and written.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.
  • A team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others.
  • Consultants with a 'can-do' and motivated attitude with a focus on delivery to client requirements.
  • Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word etc.).
  • 3rd level qualification.
