Business Analyst for Cyber Remediation

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in driving the success of a large-scale cyber and regulatory remediation programme.

You will work closely with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business and technical requirements related to cyber security, compliance, and third-party risk.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead business analysis activities within the Cyber and Regulatory Remediation Programme.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business and technical requirements.
  • Analyse current cyber processes and workflows to identify gaps and propose solutions that align with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with IT, legal, risk, and procurement teams to develop and implement strategies for improving cyber resilience.
  • Develop clear business requirements documents, process maps, data flows, and use cases to support the remediation efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations by translating regulatory requirements into actionable business initiatives.
  • Support project management teams in the planning, prioritization, and execution of project deliverables.
  • Act as a key liaison between business units, technology teams, and external partners.
  • Provide expert advice on cyber risk remediation efforts and regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a cyber security environment.
  • In-depth understanding of cyber security principles, risk management, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience working on large, complex remediation programs with a focus on cyber security.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business and regulatory requirements into clear and actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams at all levels.
  • Solid understanding of cyber security tools, technologies, and best practices.
