You will lead the day-to-day technical operations, providing the highest levels of availability, reliability, and scalability of the services. This includes implementing best practices for cloud security, including identity and access management, encryption, and network security.

You will also provide technical expertise to handle customer escalations and ensure stability in customer environments. Conducting performance analysis and leading monitoring initiatives on multiple hosted products/platforms are additional responsibilities.

Maintaining operational run book procedures for all production systems and documenting the knowledge base is crucial. You will administer incident management activities (detection, recording, classification, and closure) and provide timely escalations and notifications as required by procedure.

Participating in on-call rotation to respond to cloud-related incidents and emergencies is essential. Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues in a timely manner, monitoring and optimizing cloud infrastructure for performance, cost, and security, and collaborating with cross-functional teams are additional key responsibilities.

You will mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance and support. A comprehensive understanding of cloud computing principles and architectures, extensive experience in Linux/Unix environments, proficiency in containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, and proficiency in Terraform and Helm are some of the qualifications required.
