Corporate & Commercial Lawyer Role

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced Corporate & Commercial lawyer to join our team.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to advise clients on corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and commercial contracts. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in law, excellent drafting skills, and the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advising clients on complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings.
  • Drafting and negotiating high-value commercial agreements, including supply, distribution, outsourcing, and services contracts.
  • Providing strategic legal advice to multinational clients across regulated industries.
  • Managing client relationships and taking a lead role in project management, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to business development initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Qualified solicitor with 5+ years' PQE gained in a top-tier or international firm.
  • Demonstrated experience in corporate M&A and/or general commercial advisory work.
  • Strong technical and drafting skills, with a commercial mindset and client-centric approach.
  • Ability to lead transactions and supervise junior team members effectively.
