Generative AI LLM Specialist

We're seeking detail-oriented candidates for the role of Gen AI Annotator. The ideal candidate has previous experience in coping with a fast-paced, high-pressure work environment. They will be client-focused, enthusiastic, courteous, assertive, and motivated to take charge of AI model development and improvement.

The successful candidate must possess strong data analysis skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills. They will be flexible and analytical, able to understand and interpret large datasets and apply predefined guidelines to ensure accuracy and quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage English comprehension and domain knowledge in Generative AI LLM to improve large language models.
  • Create, assess, and refine question-answer pairs to enhance model accuracy.
  • Analyze and evaluate existing data resources and machine learning classifier output.
  • Develop and maintain annotation guidelines and procedures.
  • Perform research as needed to annotate accurately.
  • Provide feedback on annotation tasks and contribute to data annotation process improvement.
  • Research new entity categories and best practices for organizing them.

Essential Competencies:

We're looking for individuals from diverse backgrounds with experience across various domains. The suitable candidate must have a passion for delivering success.

Essential competencies include:

  • High proficiency in English (C1 Level minimum).
  • Educational background: Degree Level 7 & above.
  • Understanding common social norms (social dynamics, popular culture).
  • Ability to work efficiently under project delivery deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively.

Candidate Experience:

We're looking for candidates who can reference online resources, rephrase, and write cohesive answers to prompts in the perspective of a large language model. They should also be able to ask and answer specialized domain free-form prompts at university level difficulty.
