Asset Finance and Aviation Solicitor Job Description

The role involves working with banks, financial institutions, lessors, aircraft owners, financial arrangers and private equity groups on asset and aviation finance transactions. This requires close collaboration with partners and associates on multi-jurisdictional finance and leasing transactions.

Key responsibilities include advising on matters related to asset and aviation finance, managing competing priorities and deadlines effectively, demonstrating excellent analytical, technical and drafting skills, maintaining a high level of commercial and business awareness, and working independently as well as part of a team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Admitted as a Solicitor in Ireland, England or Wales
  • Strong academic credentials
  • Excellent analytical, technical and drafting skills
