Senior Planning Associate


Job Opportunity

Our consultancy is seeking a Senior Planning Associate to join their team in Dublin.


The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on diverse and high-profile projects, including residential, mixed-use, commercial, infrastructure, and urban regeneration schemes.


As a senior member of our planning team, you will be responsible for preparing and managing planning applications, appeals, and related documentation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage planning applications, appeals, and related documentation
  • Undertake report writing, policy research, and feasibility assessments
  • Liaise with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders to support projects
  • Work collaboratively within a supportive, open-plan office culture

Requirements:

  • 1+ year experience in a planning consultancy (10 months may be considered)
  • Good knowledge of the Irish planning system
  • Strong report-writing skills and a hands-on approach
  • Masters in Planning (IPI/RTPI accredited) ideal but not essential – related degrees considered
  • Passion for planning and development, with GIS experience an advantage
