Job Description
The successful candidate will join an Agile delivery team on a technical project and report to a Tech Lead. Key responsibilities include overseeing the design and implementation of websites, programs, and applications within Microsoft's .NET framework, managing the entire software development life cycle from concept design through to implementation and application maintenance, analyzing system requirements, prioritizing tasks, writing clean, testable code using .NET programming languages, developing technical specifications, and communicating effectively and mentoring team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications
8+ years' experience as a Senior .Net Developer, strong communication skills to align with Business, Scrum Master, Architects, and Tech Lead, experience in delivery ownership and problem-solving, ability to lead culture and ways of working change, and define the 'Definition of Done.' Additionally, the successful candidate must be able to balance technical and business goals.
