Wedding Event Planner

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Wedding Coordinator.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all wedding enquiries, ensuring they are followed through to completion, and maintaining and updating the enquiries file on a weekly basis.

Key Requirements:

• Must be available Monday-Sunday
• Flexible with hours
• Highly motivated with a positive, friendly attitude
• Strong leadership, time management, and organisational skills
• Attention to detail is essential

Main Duties:

• Follow up on all business leads and opportunities promptly, including enquiries and provisional bookings
• Provide accurate information to wedding couples during enquiries
• Conduct wedding show-arounds
• Keep all paperwork and files up to date
• Prepare and assist with printing weekly function sheets and distribute to relevant departments
• Engage in client relationship activities
