As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing technical project coordination in Cork. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing design and technical services on various project types, including commercial, retail, transport, and residential developments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will manage and undertake design work for mechanical engineering services and design.
  • The successful candidate will lead and coordinate technical projects from initiation to completion.
  • You will develop and agree on design processes and deliverables with clients and project engineers.
  • You will provide technical support to estimating, procurement, commercial, and project bid teams.
  • You will work directly with clients to define project requirements and develop technical solutions.
Requirements:
  • You should have strong technical ability in all aspects of mechanical engineering services and design.
  • A degree in mechanical or building services engineering is essential.
  • Three years' relevant experience, ideally in a design consultancy environment, is required.
  • You should have knowledge and experience of current CIBSE and ASHRAE Design Guides, Building Regulations, EN, and IEC Standards.
  • Familiarity with Hevacomp, AutoCAD, and MS Office Suite Software is necessary.
