Site Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced Site Operations Director to lead a large construction project in Limerick.

  • Coordinate subcontractors and control programmes to ensure successful completion of projects on time.
  • Fully computer-literate and proficient in preparing progress reports and chairing site meetings.
  • Effective communication with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders is essential.
  • Develop site set-up plans, manage security, logistics, deliveries, and traffic management.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to adhere to the construction programme, ensuring quality and minimising reworking.
  • Awareness of current Health and Safety Construction regulations is required.
  • Liaise with the design team on construction issues, raise RFIs, issue requisitions for materials, and maintain the site diary.
  • Monitor and control quality/work standards on site.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years' experience in senior site management roles in healthcare, commercial, industrial, residential, or large fit-out projects.
