Job Description
The Behavioural Specialist will play a vital role in our team, undertaking functional assessments and developing multi-element behaviour support plans to promote positive behaviour and improve overall quality of life. This involves live-in facilities, managing individual caseloads, and collaborating with relevant others to integrate recommendations into personal plans.

Responsibilities
  • Live our Mission, Vision, and Values
  • Manage an individual caseload
  • Travel to different locations as required
  • Complete functional assessments as required

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong understanding of psychology and experience working within a similar environment. You should possess excellent leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work within a fast-paced team. Additionally, you should have a good listener and be open to learning from others, with excellent organisational skills and self-motivation.

Qualifications

A degree in psychology or a related field is essential, along with a minimum of two years' experience in a similar role or health/social care setting.
