The role of Deli Supervisor is pivotal to the success of our retail operations. This position reports to the General Manager and oversees the daily activities of the deli department, ensuring exceptional product quality, customer service, and cleanliness standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the management of fresh food services
  • Create efficient work schedules, plan menus, and meet deadlines
  • Lead a skilled team, allocating tasks, directing work, and ensuring accuracy
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels, controlling stock and minimizing waste
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance sales, productivity, margins, and shrinkage control
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, organizing teams and supervising staff
  • Knowledge of fresh food handling and preparation
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment and use initiative
  • Familiarity with food safety protocols and HACCP practices
