About the Role

We are seeking an Organisational Partnerships Lead to join our People team in Designer Group.

This individual will serve as a strategic partner to our business stakeholders, working closely with them to identify and deliver key people priorities.

The ideal candidate will possess a high working knowledge of UK employment law, relevant industry experience, and excellent organisational skills.

The successful person will hold a relevant HR qualification, preferably CIPD, and have the ability to travel to the UK as required.

They will use their own initiative in decision-making and be confident in their own ability, while being resilient and flexible to assist the team to deliver on our People priorities across the business.

This role requires the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and to possess HR credibility, effectively managing time.

  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of UK employment law and its application in the workplace.
  • Showcase your knowledge of human resource management principles and practices.
  • Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Show evidence of strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
