About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in the day-to-day management of the store.
  • Prioritizing customer care and service to ensure high standards are maintained.
  • Coordinating supply chain activities, including stock management and merchandising.
  • Supporting employee development and training initiatives.
  • Ensuring adherence to hygiene procedures and maintaining a clean store environment.

 

Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • One to two years' experience in retail, preferably with supervisory responsibilities.
  • A strong focus on customer service and delivering high standards.
  • Excellent stock management and merchandising skills.
  • Availability to work Monday to Sunday, including weekends.
