Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Equipment Qualification Engineer to join our team at Life Science Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for supporting the qualification and validation of equipment used in the sterile fill finish process.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in equipment qualification and a relevant degree. In this role, you will work closely with the production, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure the successful execution of Cycle Development & Performance Qualification activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, author, review, approve, and execute qualification/validation documentation and cycle development studies in line with the standard approval process.
  • Develop and execute change controls, resolving technical issues encountered during study execution.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to resolve system failures and substandard performance, using standard tools and methods.
