As a Corporate Lawyer, you will advise high-profile clients on various corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, joint ventures, share and asset purchases, company reorganizations, and corporate governance.

Key responsibilities include providing day-to-day legal advice to companies regarding their compliance with the Companies Act and directors' duties as well as advising on shareholder rights. Additionally, you will manage transactions from start to finish using effective project management skills while collaborating closely with other specialist teams such as tax, employment, competition, and regulatory specialists.

The ideal candidate for this role is a qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland or the UK with at least three years of experience post-qualification in corporate law. A strong track record in M&A and/or investment transactions along with confident drafting and negotiation skills are essential requirements.

Successful applicants will have commercial acumen, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, be proactive, and able to manage multiple workstreams in fast-paced transactions.
