We're seeking a talented Agribusiness Graduate to join our dynamic team. As an Agribusiness Graduate, you'll play a key role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

This is a 2-year graduate development programme that will challenge and inspire you. You'll gain hands-on experience across our Agribusiness Sales Teams, developing your skills and confidence in a fast-paced environment.

You'll have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced teams, learning from their expertise and sharing your own ideas. Our graduate programme is designed to foster growth, innovation, and collaboration.

Your Responsibilities
  • Gain experience across the Agribusiness category, including business development, branch and direct customer sales, farm development / advisory.
  • Advance your technical experience by working closely with the wider agribusiness commercial teams.
  • Develop areas ranging from on-farm nutritional consultancy, technical advisory and project management.
  • Contribute to aspects of our retail operations and managements, customer service, people management, category management and logistics.
What We're Looking For
  • A high academic record in Agricultural Science, Agribusiness or related discipline, with a minimum of a 2.2 honours primary degree.
  • Strong technical knowledge and customer-facing/retail experience is an advantage.
  • Ambition to progress successfully in a career in agribusiness in an exciting, ever-changing and challenging environment.
  • Thinks commercially and delivers customer centric solutions.
  • Drives collaboration and builds partnerships to meet shared objectives.
  • Communicates clearly and can influence at all levels.
  • Demonstrates a thirst for knowledge with a desire to continually learn and grow.
  • Analytically minded with the ability to develop creative insights and execute change.
