Job Description:
Aquatic educators play a vital role in fostering a fun and inclusive environment for all students.
Our ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience teaching swim groups across all levels, hold a Full Swim Teachers RLSS/Swim Ireland qualification or equivalent, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and demonstrate a passion for swimming and providing positive learning experiences.
The selected candidate will be responsible for leading swim groups, managing class sizes, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Hold a Full Swim Teachers RLSS/Swim Ireland qualification or equivalent
- At least one year of experience teaching swim groups across all levels
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess a passion for swimming and providing positive learning experiences
