Clinical Leadership Role at Jigsaw

This Clinical Manager role at Jigsaw involves leading the clinical team and ensuring that services are delivered in a safe and effective manner. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing clinical policies and procedures, managing risks, and establishing partnerships with other healthcare providers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical/counselling/educational psychology, social work, mental health nursing, psychotherapy, or occupational therapy. A minimum of five years' experience working in a mental health setting is also required.

  • Lead the clinical team and provide clinical supervision and line management to team members.
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Manage risks related to the clinical service and develop strategies for mitigation.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with other healthcare providers to facilitate seamless transitions for young people.
Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to the development of the Jigsaw model, preparing reports to meet internal governance requirements, and actively participating in local team meetings. They will also be expected to support professional development within the team and participate in ongoing evaluation activities.
