Senior Onboarding Coordinator
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Onboarding Coordinator to join our dynamic team at TN Ireland. This is an exciting opportunity to work with clients, driving engagement and positively impacting retention rates.
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for new clients, delivering exceptional customer service and managing client onboarding during the initial 48 days of their service agreement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service to new and existing clients
- Manage client onboarding process and ensure seamless transition
- Conduct regular check-ins and product demonstrations to boost client engagement
- Assist clients with account setup and provide system overviews
- Address and resolve any client service issues promptly
- Host group onboarding sessions and ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service, particularly in an outbound, phone-based role
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
- Proactive and responsible with a strong product knowledge
