Job Title: Site Operations Lead

This is a senior role for an experienced professional to manage the delivery of high-end contract portfolios. The Site Manager oversees service delivery, team ethos, client satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities
  • Strategically adopt commercial responsibility for the soft services element account ensuring financial objectives are met.
  • Effectively manage cost control and review costs with the aim of reducing costs and achieving savings as per contractual targets.
  • Promote and deliver company aims to meet or exceed quality levels and customer support objectives central to the core business.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Ensure quality service while maximising efficiencies.
  • Establish and manage quality measures and procedures in conjunction with the company to enable two-way communication.
  • Facilitate and manage training requirements to ensure staff are fully trained in all aspects of the service provision.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience working in a regulated environment.
  • At least 3 years of business management experience.
  • Knowledge/working within the cleaning/security function essential.
