Medical Device Manufacturing Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Assembly and Processing Specialist to join our production team at Merit Medical Ireland Ltd. The successful candidate will have experience in medical device manufacturing and possess strong eye-hand coordination skills.
Main ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Performing various medical assembly and processing tasks.
- Rotating through the assembly line efficiently.
- Conducting online and in-process visual inspection of products.
- Assisting the Team Leader and Technicians with product and/or machine change-overs.
- Ensuring assembled products meet quality standards.
- Rejecting products outside of specifications.
- Maintaining adherence to safety standards.
The successful candidate will have:
- Able to read, write, and speak English or meet local language requirements.
- Demonstrates competencies and ability to rotate in a specific assembly line or work cell.
- Ability to perform a variety of assembly tasks requiring dexterity and fine motor skills.
- Ability to visually check work performed and identify whether a product has been assembled correctly.
- Ability to follow instructions in performing repetitive tasks.
- Attentiveness in performing tasks.
