About the Role

This is an opportunity to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of others. You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality personal care to residents, motivating and supporting care assistants, and supervising assigned shifts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalized care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Motivate and support care assistants, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Supervise assigned shifts, ensuring seamless delivery of care services.
Requirements
  • QQI Level 5 in healthcare or equivalent qualification.
  • 2+ years' experience in elder care, with a proven track record of delivering excellent care.
  • Nursing/Allied Health/Healthcare-related degree, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
