We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Assistant. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, interacting with customers and contributing to the success of our store.

About the Job:

  • You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, responding to customer queries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Your duties will include restocking shelves, maintaining store displays, and ensuring a clean and safe shopping environment.
  • As a key member of our team, you will contribute to achieving sales targets and promoting our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Support: Provide friendly, approachable, and helpful service to all customers.
  2. Store Maintenance: Ensure stockroom and sales floor are well-organized and maintained.
  3. Sales Promotion: Assist colleagues in promoting products and services to achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Previous retail experience preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
