Pharmaceutical Operations Support Specialist

The ideal candidate will have expertise in supporting on-site production operations, handling access requests, and configuring and testing of recipes phases equipment modules control logic and interlock scheme based on design and test specifications.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Support on-site production operations by troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions to ensure seamless process execution.
  • Provide technical support for access requests, ensuring timely resolution of queries.
  • Develop and implement recipes phases equipment modules control logic and interlock scheme based on design and test specifications, ensuring optimal system performance.
  • Collaborate with clients to review and refine design specifications and test specifications.
  • Work as part of a team to resolve complex issues impacting production, leveraging collective expertise to drive problem-solving.
  • Contribute to automation change support, including coding, design, testing, and debugging to enhance system efficiency.
  • Support the maintenance and upkeep of on-site DeltaV systems, ensuring continuous uptime and minimal downtime.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
  • Coordinate tasks with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects and initiatives.

Requirements:
  • Expertise in S88/Batch Delta V systems, with a strong understanding of project lifecycle phases and tasks.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with client teams on process issues, leveraging technical knowledge to inform decision-making.
  • Proven track record of representing automation interests in multifunctional process teams, driving collaborative problem-solving.
  • Independence in working style, with ability to take ownership of projects and tasks.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English, enabling effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Comprehensive understanding of system architecture, installation, rebuilding, and other relevant processes.
