Sales Operations Lead

Are you a results-driven professional looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Operations Lead to support our team's efforts to expand globally.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with cross-functional teams and external customers, with a proven track record of project ownership. You will be responsible for engaging with customer inquiries, qualifying leads, and conducting pre-sales discussions. Additionally, you will manage the sales processes for a subset of customers, ensuring timely follow-ups and provision of necessary documentation.

We are looking for a process-oriented partner who can implement specific sales process improvement projects, enabling exponential sales growth and eliminating burdens on other departments. If you have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a strong understanding of launch vehicles, satellites, and/or the aerospace market, and are highly detail-oriented, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Beyond your technical expertise, we require a high level of customer interface skills, with the ability to travel up to 20% of the time. As a collaborative team player, you will work closely with sales managers and directors to support their sales efforts, including on-site visits, meetings, and conferences.
