The Limerick's Custody Client Service team has a high level of interaction with internal teams to source information and provide prompt responses to client queries.
The Client Service Representative acts as the primary point of contact and advocate for custody service delivery.
The role includes:
- Maintaining and enhancing service provided to clients, trustees, and fund administrators.
- Owning and resolving all client, trustee, and fund administrator queries.
- Overseeing the Service Level Agreement.
- Participating in Custody Transitions.
- Maintaining and monitoring all client data and standing instructions.
The successful candidate will have:
- A good knowledge of accounting principles.
- The ability to work under pressure to achieve multiple deadlines.
- The ability to be a team player.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
