About the Role
We are looking for a Retail Sales Operations Coordinator to join our Retail Team, who will be responsible for providing administrative support to our internal retail and field sales functions.
Your key responsibilities will include managing the flow of information between retailers and the company, ensuring they are well-informed about new product launches, game lifecycle events, and promotions.
You will work closely with the RCECM to develop and implement sales strategies that align with our retail strategy and organisational objectives.
An additional responsibility will be supporting the RCECM in the development of go-to-market activation plans for NPD & other product promotions.
You will collaborate with the procurement team to review and improve supplier agreements and associated documentation.
Effective management of retailer and retail player issues will be your duty, working closely with the Retail Customer Care team and wider sales team.
This position requires participation in project work as assigned, ensuring areas of responsibility are compliant with the Operating Licence & Regulation.
You will contribute to maintaining the risk & compliance framework for the sales organisation, including GDPR obligations.
About You
To succeed in this role, you should have a solid understanding of the retail industry and its challenges.
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail sales/administration role is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
You must possess excellent interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication with internal and external customers.
Flexibility regarding working hours from time to time is necessary.
Independence, meeting strict deadlines, results-oriented mindset, and KPI-driven approach are expected.
