Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Centre Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and advising on the connection policies for large energy users, with a focus on data centre developments.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and advise on the Large Energy Users connection policy
  • Assess the potential impacts of data centre developments on national renewable energy targets and carbon emissions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify solutions that balance security of supply and network constraints with environmental considerations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of the Large Energy Users connection policy and its implications for data centres
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and provide clear recommendations
  • Experience working with government agencies and regulatory bodies
