Job Summary:
The Senior BIM Engineer will play a crucial role in supporting project teams with developing, managing and delivering multi-disciplinary BIM standards & digital strategy within the Digital Project Delivery team.
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Dublin where you will be a key part of our site team operations in the successful delivery and handover of projects.

Key Responsibilities- Supporting the pre-construction team with reviewing received tender documents (Works Information, EIR) to identify Clients BIM and Digital requirements
- Providing technical review of 3D BIM models for federation, engineering checks, clash detection, logistics and cost management
- Working with planning teams to develop, coordinate and deliver 4D BIM model
- Developing and coordinating visualizations and interactive 3D Models
- Leading DPD kick-off meetings to review and finalize DPD strategy
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- 5+ years' experience working on multi-disciplinary projects with BIM level 2 requirements
- BIM Documentation experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience working with MS Office
- Degree-qualified in construction, computing or related discipline
- Proficiency in Navisworks, Lumion and other rendering software packages
