Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team at Innovative Management Solutions. As a Tow Truck Driver, you will be responsible for providing emergency roadside assistance, accident recovery, and recovering abandoned vehicles in a designated area.

  • Respond to roadside emergencies and provide assistance to stranded motorists.
  • Maintain the tow truck and equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls responded to and provide invoicing to clients as needed.
Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have experience with roadside assistance or basic vehicle repair, driven a tow truck before, and possess excellent communication skills.

  • Professionally assist clients by performing minor repairs or recovering vehicles and bringing them to a designated location.
  • Write and present invoices to clients in the field and accept payment as needed.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must hold the proper license to operate a tow truck in the state and have a clean driving record with safe driving skills.
