You will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans, building relationships with key stakeholders, and identifying new business opportunities. Key responsibilities include generating quotes, processing orders, managing customer enquiries, conducting customer reviews, and maintaining accurate customer databases. Key Responsibilities:
- Service existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Generate quotes as per customer requirements and process orders efficiently
- Provide regular activity reports to the Sales Director
- Manage incoming customer enquiries/complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Conduct customer reviews to understand their needs and preferences
- Maintain accurate customer databases and update records as necessary
- Assist with deliveries when required and monitor competition by gathering market information
- Develop new business opportunities and maximize growth and profitability in new and existing customers
- Conduct sales visits to gather information and samples for further quotation and follow-up

Sales Administration:
- Support the Sales Director and sales team to achieve goals and objectives
- Ensure accurate communication within the team to maintain efficiency
- Complete initial specifications, purchase orders, and job cards for customer files
- Maintain weekly call sheets and monthly progress reports
- Progress customers' artwork to final approval in a timely manner
- Liaise between customers, sales representatives, and accounts to ensure prompt payment of invoices

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in packaging or food field sales
- Full driver's license for frequent travel
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to meet sales targets and negotiate effectively
- Strong presentation and self-confidence skills
- Good product knowledge and motivation for sales

Benefits:
- Salary range: €45,000 - €55,000
- Monthly sales commission and business-wide bonus
- Pension scheme and vehicle allowance
- 20 days holiday increasing to 23 after one year
