Job Description

The successful candidate will join Murphy's Automation & Operations Department, reporting to the Operations & Maintenance Manager, and work on the commissioning and maintenance of Water and Wastewater projects in the Midlands and North Leinster.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with an established contractor and contribute to delivering municipal water treatment solutions for Water Authorities in Ireland, Northern Ireland, and the UK.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate must be qualified with an Electrical or Electrical Instrumentation National Craft Certificate or equivalent and have:

  • Motivated, self-starter with excellent communication skills
  • Minimum 5 years electrical experience in an electrical & instrumentation role
  • Onsite inspection & maintenance of PLC based electrical control systems and instrumentation
