- Evaluate and improve laboratory processes to optimize workflow and performance
- Maintain regulatory compliance and ensure adherence to GMP and ISO standards
- Develop and implement quality management systems to drive continuous improvement
- Degree in Microbiology, Biology, or related field
- Strong leadership experience in a GMP pharmaceutical microbiology laboratory

- Proven track record of team management, problem-solving, and process improvement
