This permanent position will be based at our client site in Claremorris, reporting directly to the Account Manager. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the site's facilities and maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works on site with internal and external suppliers, with support from the helpdesk.
  • Review and log health and safety documentation to ensure that RAMS are available for all works, including permit-to-work systems.
  • Daily rounds to inspect M&E systems and report any issues.
  • Support the in-house maintenance team as required, carrying out some maintenance works.
  • Monitor building management systems (BMS) as required.
  • Liaise daily with local clients to update them on tasks and projects.
  • Produce site-specific reports, such as weekly AC and lighting schedules, and monthly energy data reports.
  • Liaise with the Helpdesk regarding requisitions for orders and service call outs/issuing and control of materials delivery on site.
  • In-house mail and porter services.
  • Supervise and coordinate third-party contractors attending site and inspect their work after completion.
  • Maintain visitors and contractors logs and report any incidents.
  • Carry out emergency procedures in case of a fire, flood, break-in, or accident.
  • Be responsible for notifying the helpdesk of any updates to the sites Asset Register.
  • Oversee in-house cleaning services operational delivery.
  • Participate in provision of out-of-hours service.
  • Travel between sites as required.
