We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Transaction Coordinator to join our team at TN Ireland's Head Office in Dublin.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth processing of all accounts payable transactions, utilizing our ERP system, COINs OA. They will verify and reconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies in a timely manner, and communicate effectively with suppliers and internal departments.

This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities to meet deadlines effectively. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the construction industry and proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process accounts payable invoices accurately and efficiently using COINs OA.

  4. Comply with company policies and procedures.
  5. Assist in month-end closing procedures related to accounts payable activities.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the construction industry (preferred but not required).
  • Diploma or equivalent (IATI certification or relevant degree is a plus).
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office applications.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities.
