We are seeking an experienced professional to manage and maintain customer relationships, ensuring high performance of supply chain services including forecasting, demand fulfillment, and availability management.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Support (50%): Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory levels and support business groups in achieving revenue goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to align strategies and ensure effective execution of sales and supply plans.
- Process & System Improvements: Identify opportunities for system and process improvements across the Order to Cash process.
- Demand & Supply Balancing: Act as the operational lead for balancing demand and supply, ensuring that financial and operational targets are met.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Operations, Product Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 4-6 years of experience in supply chain management, inventory management, or sales operations, preferably in demand/supply planning or channel management.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent cross-functional collaboration and relationship management skills, data-driven, analytical, and detail-oriented.
- Additional: Experience in customer operations support, forecasting, and demand fulfillment is highly desirable.
