Senior Cybersecurity Professional

This role is a pivotal part of protecting our data and infrastructure. The Senior IT Security Engineer will be responsible for monitoring network and security-related tickets, managing compliance tasks, and leading projects with technical and non-technical teams.

  • We are seeking an experienced cybersecurity professional to conduct the assessment of and implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of security systems and tools.
  • The successful candidate will participate in and lead aspects of security incident response planning, training, and investigations.
  • The individual will manage and conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and address security weaknesses.

This senior position requires advanced knowledge of networking and/or software development as well as general IT principles.

We require a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in IT Security or similar. The ideal candidate will have experience in SIEM tools and architecture, familiarity with tools and techniques for penetration testing or security assessment, and experience with encryption tools and techniques.
