Private Equity Advisory Director

The role entails working directly with senior leadership to drive high-impact projects for Irish and international clients.

This is a unique opportunity to join a newly formed team with a clear strategic vision, focused on short-term but high-impact advisory projects.

  • Deliver robust liquidity support tools, including cashflows and cash optimisation strategies.
  • Work on performance improvement initiatives to enhance EBITDA and working capital.
  • Engage in hands-on turnaround assignments for corporates and PE-backed entities.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in PE and corporate clients, leveraging the firm's UK and global network for international project delivery.

Mentor junior team members and contribute to the culture of a new high-performing team.

Stay ahead of market developments and help shape the firm's proposition in this space.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5–8 years' experience in Debt Advisory, Turnaround, or Performance Improvement.
  • Deep understanding of cashflow modelling, capital structure and debt funding.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders under pressure.
  • Interest in Private Equity-backed businesses and mid-market corporate clients.

A background in banking (leveraged finance, workout, portfolio management), Big 4 advisory, or private credit would be beneficial.
