- Analyse aged debt with provision of reporting tools to ensure timely payment.">
- Review and implement policies and processes to support the credit control functionality, driving efficiency across global teams.">
- Provide strategic advice to management on improving internal processes, maximising productivity and quality of work.">
Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with fee earners, secretaries and third parties to answer queries and provide timely assistance.">
- Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation, enhancing client service.">
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve profitability.">
Requirements:

- Experience in professional services sector (Banking / Finance / Accountancy / Law) with 1-2 years' credit control experience.">
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.">
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.">
