Job Summary:

We are seeking a senior qualified accountant to join our team in Santry. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional results and supporting our continued growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly management accounts and cashflow projections, ensuring accurate and timely financial information for stakeholders.
  • Account Review: Review year-end accounts and financial statements, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Mentorship: Mentor and develop trainees' abilities, guiding them towards excellence and delivering completed files for partner review.
  • Due Diligence: Conduct due diligence for company sales or assist clients with acquisitions, providing expert advice and support throughout the process.
  • SME Advisory Work: Engage in a mix of SME advisory work and projects, working closely with leadership to identify operational efficiencies and improvements.
Requirements:
  • Fully qualified accountant with 3+ years' experience in practice.
  • Broad general practice background, strong client interfacing ability, and passion for working within the SME sector in Ireland.
