**Responsibilities:**
* Develop and implement long-term procurement strategies aligned with corporate goals
* Lead cross-functional teams to drive productivity initiatives and vendor management activities
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistency across logistics categories
* Champion the use of structured commodity management processes to develop strategies for diversity, sustainability, and risk assessment
* Partner with functional business units to establish performance metrics, including KPIs, SLAs, and Terms and Conditions
* Evolve the supplier business relationship to deliver innovation, best value opportunities, and solutions for Logitech
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have:
* 10+ years of procurement/sourcing experience with increasing global responsibility in a professional procurement function, preferably with a focus on logistics categories
* 7+ years' experience leading and managing procurement teams with a focus on mentoring, coaching, and performance management
* Strong leadership and effective business partnering capabilities – influence without authority
* Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a complex organization
* Strong negotiation and presentation skills
* Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing and category management process within a technology global logistics related industry (a plus)
