Perioperative Care Professional

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with multidisciplinary teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote excellence in patient care and safety
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, driving continuous learning and growth within the department
- Support the development of new staff members, mentoring and coaching to enhance their skills and confidence
Requirements and Qualifications
- Registered General Nurse with NMBI registration
- Minimum 2 years post-registration experience in theatre nursing, with a strong focus on perioperative care
- Evidence of ongoing professional development and commitment to continuing education
