Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify and meet customer requirements, maximizing sales while exceeding their expectations.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales and service targets.
  • Cross-sell various products and services to increase revenue.
  • Maintain accurate cash handling and reconciliation processes.
  • Ensure the store meets operational standards and maintains a high level of presentation.
  • Adhere to all Company policies, including Health and Safety, AML, and Security.
  • Resolve customer complaints and queries professionally and efficiently.
  • Respond promptly and politely to telephone calls.
  • Promote the Bureau and increase brand awareness through marketing initiatives.
  • Display point of sale and company material correctly and ensure it is in working order.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrable excellent customer service experience, ideally obtained in a cash handling environment.
  • Experience working with foreign currencies is preferred.
  • Superior customer service skills.
  • Numerate, with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both internally and externally.
  • Flexibility and a can-do attitude.
