Audit Manager

The Film and TV team has grown from eleven to fifteen personnel, increasing their offering. The team serves over 70% of the Irish film and TV market, including significant inward investment projects.

The team specializes in providing accounts preparation and auditing services for Special Purposes Vehicles (SPVs) used in the Film and Television sector.

The ideal candidate will be a commercially focused, motivated, and ambitious individual looking for a challenge in an industry that has doubled in size in Ireland in recent years.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality services to clients.
  • Lead contact for the client in the production and delivery of high-quality accounts, audit, and compliance services.
  • Develop and grow professional relationships with clients and the complete service team.
  • Manage the entire client engagement from inception to delivery, including planning, budgetary control, file review, resolution of significant issues, and delivery of results.
  • Play a lead role in management and development of the team, ensuring a high quality of work.
  • Ensure work is economically managed and delivered on time and within budget.
  • Support senior colleagues in developing services provided to clients.
  • Act in a business advisory role with clients, growing general and specialist market knowledge.
  • Seek to generate new business opportunities.
  • Participate in personal professional development through regular attendance at updates.
You
  • Qualified Accountant with at least 3 years PQE and 2 years Management experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge of accounting and audit principles.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proactive approach to client service and business development.
  • Flexibility is essential.
  • Strong commercial acumen and relationship-building skills.
