We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at CareerWise Recruitment. As an HRBP, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients' HR needs and driving strategic initiatives.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing professional and compliance-focused support to the HR Director and wider business. This includes leading key HR functions such as talent management, performance management, L&D, compensation and benefits, payroll coordination, and employee engagement.

  • Your key responsibilities will include mentoring the HR Administrator, ensuring compliance with policies and legislation, and compiling HR metrics for leadership insights. You will also drive Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion initiatives, lead employee feedback surveys, and support compensation, benefits, and payroll processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management, strategic problem-solving, and a proactive approach to fostering a high-performing and inclusive workplace are essential skills for this role.
  • To be successful in this position, you will need 5+ years in HR, with 2-3 years in an HRBP role within a busy SME. A Bachelor's degree in HRM or Business Management (Master's preferred) is essential, along with CIPD accreditation.
  • You should have strong employee relations experience, including handling grievances and disciplinaries, and solid knowledge of Irish employment law (employment law qualification is a plus).
  • Proficiency in HR analytics, project management, and employee engagement initiatives is necessary, as well as the ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • A passion for Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, with experience in the Irish Centre for Diversity framework, is essential.
