Key Responsibilities:- Reporting on daily and weekly logistics performances and volumes.
- Reviewing volumes and providing support during peak business periods to understand the impact on warehouse throughput and capacity.
- Reporting on weekly operational and performance KPIs to assist in managing performance.
- Creating centralized logistics dashboards for decision-makers.
- Supporting operations and senior management with ad-hoc requests that support business growth.
- Budgeting and forecasting.
- Providing detailed analytical support for projects.
- Continuing the utilization of new data to highlight opportunities for applying new data and information through reporting that aligns with business values.
- Developing a standardized, centralized reporting structure for all logistics clients and ongoing maintenance and improvement of said structure.
- Developing reports to represent key operational measurements of operations, ensuring accuracy, informativeness, and presentation in a comprehensible fashion for various audiences.
- Responsible for financial reporting and review process for Logistics P&L.
- Planning and running reviews with various stakeholders; consolidating, analyzing, and delivering comprehensive reporting packages.
