Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Administrator.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting various administrative and operational functions.
Job Responsibilities:- Phone Answering and Communication: Professionally handle incoming calls, take messages, and relay information to the appropriate team members.
- Office/Accounts Administration: Address and resolve day-to-day operational issues as they arise. Ensure the office runs smoothly by managing administrative tasks and supporting team members as needed.
- Online Sales Order Processing: Manage online sales orders from receipt to dispatch. Prepare and print necessary paperwork, including dispatch dockets. Coordinate with couriers for timely collection and delivery of orders.
- Previous experience in an office administration or similar role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional phone manner.
- Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in handling data, invoices, and product information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
