Key Responsibilities
  • Work within the HVAC / Building Services and utilities maintenance department to assist with projects, vendor inquiries and troubleshooting of facilities and utilities systems.
  • Support the senior members of the facilities team in field installation; responding to breakdowns; repairs; general maintenance works to site apparatus.
  • Ensure all plant facilities are maintained and serviced in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (S.O.P.s) or as recommended by the manufacturer.
  • Assist with Facilities projects, and monitor expenditure where necessary.
